How can you make a video that will turn a tide? One way is by showcasing role models who are blazing the trail. Today only 5-7% of professional pilots are women. Northwestern Michigan College’s Aviation Division wanted to challenge that by celebrating their female alumni and in turn, champion a new generation of female pilots.
